Aromatherapy is the practice of using volatile plant oils, including essential oils for psychological and physical well-being. Essential oils, the pure essence of a plant, have been found to provide both psychological and physical benefits when used correctly and safely. The inhaled aroma from these “essential” oils is widely believed to stimulate brain function and essential oils can also be absorbed through the skin, where they travel through the bloodstream and can promote whole-body healing. Aromatherapy originated in Europe and has been practiced there since the early 1900s.
Essential oils do far more than smell great. They are used to help increase oxygen in the body upwards of 20%. Muscles respond to massage therapy faster when we use essential oils as part of your therapy. Essential oils also reduce stress causing Cortisol levels, help detoxify the body faster, help cells assimilate nutrients better and raise the body’s energetic frequency. Most of all, essential oils help our body respond better to each massage and hold the positive effects of the massage longer!
Due to the stressful life of the people today, most of us look for some kind of drug that can help us relax and heal our mind and body. However, not many people are aware that there is something that is a lot more effective to counter stress in comparison to drugs. Many natural herbs do wonders in healing out mind and soul and helps the body to relax.

WHO DO YOU BOOK WITH?
Our very talented and knowledgeable massage therapist, Gail Widmyer, with over 11 years' experience! Our other therapist, Jenna Duarte, is currently not accepting new massage clients (existing clients are ok!). WHAT IS A NEW CLIENT? A person that has never had a massage or related massage service with Jenna. WHY? Because her current client list is too large to fit everyone in to keep them happy and healthy.
Looking for Part-time (eventually FT) Massage Therapist to start ASAP!
